| How do I order? When you see something you want and you're ready to buy please contact me first so that I can make sure that the item(s) are still available. Items are sold first come, first serve, so if you see something you simply must have I urge you not to wait. What types of payment do you accept? I accept credit cards via PayPal (paypal ID: amandajane@boogersugar.com). I also accept personal checks and money orders, but checks must be held 10 days before item is sent. Recenly, due to some problems, I insist that I RECEIVE PAYMENT NO LATER THAN 2 WEEKS AFTER PLACING ORDER. I cannot hold items. What do you charge for shipping? Shipping is FREE in the us! What is your return policy? I aim for 100% customer satisfaction, but please take into account that my items are handmade so that creased cardboard on a handbag or air bubbles in a resin necklace sometimes happen. I'm not a factory so there will always be some differences or variation. If you have any questions or concerns please email before purchasing. If an item breaks I will try to fix it, but ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Will you make something custom for me? Sure! If you have some record albums you would like me to use or a special item to cast in resin it should be no problem, however, I REQUIRE PAYMENT FOR ALL CUSTOM ORDERS UP FRONT. It isn't fair for me to go through the trouble of getting the materials and making you a special Starland Vocal Band purse or necklace with the picture of your dog if you aren't going to pay for it in the end.
